Begin the new year in a space of intention, softness, and heart. This three-week Cacao Circle Series with Clarissa Mae invites you to step into 2026 with clarity, connection, and embodied presence. Each week we gather in an intimate circle—held by ceremonial Peruvian cacao—to explore a different pathway of awakening the heart: movement, sound, and breathwork.
Cacao opens us gently. It creates a doorway into deeper listening, emotional regulation, and the remembrance of our own inner wisdom. Through guided practices, you’ll unwind tension, access stillness, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that are ready to lead this next chapter.
This is an intimate circle to support continuity and community as we move through the month together. There are only 8 spaces, so our container remains personal, grounded, and deeply supportive.
All levels welcome. No experience needed—simply come as you are.
