Step into the sacred art of sound healing through this transformative 100-hour training designed for yoga teachers, healers, space holders, and curious seekers. Sacred Sound: A Journey to Sound Healing is a thoughtfully curated path blending foundational knowledge, hands-on experience, and integrative practice to awaken your unique sound medicine.

Rooted in the J.O.U.R.N.E.Y.© Framework, this training combines virtual and in-person sessions:

  • The foundations of Sound Healing

  • Core concepts in Music Theory

  • An introduction to the J.O.U.R.N.E.Y.© Framework for creating transformative sound experiences

Zoom sessions throughout the training will help to integrate content, practicum experiences, and dive into the subtle body’s response to Sound Healing.

We will also gather in sacred in-person immersions held in the Black Hills—to dive deeply into the alchemy of sound. These weekends are filled with hands-on learning, ceremony, and community as we bring sound into the body, breath, and space. Exact locations will be shared closer to the training dates.

Training Dates:
Zoom Sessions (6:30–8:30 PM CT/ 5:30-7:30 PM MT):

In-Person Immersions:

  • April 10-12 | Black Hills

  • May 15-17 | Black Hills

You must be available to attend all the in-person weekend sessions to sign up for this training and be available for the entirety of the weekend.

Weekend Schedule:

  • Friday 4:00pm - 8:00pm

  • Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm

  • Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm
