Retreat FAQ

Will meals be provided?
Yes. We will share nourishing meals together throughout the weekend. Friday evening will be a community-style potluck, a chance for everyone to bring something they love and begin the retreat in a spirit of sharing.

Will I have space to myself?
Yes, you’ll have personal time built into the retreat schedule for rest and reflection. That said, this is also a community-based experience — we encourage you to lean into the shared spaces and connections that make retreats so special.

What are the sleeping arrangements?
Our retreat property has five cozy beds that will be shared among participants. This creates a warm, intimate atmosphere that supports connection and community. Many retreat-goers find that sharing space adds to the richness of the experience.

When is the final payment due?
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required upon registration to hold your space. The final payment of $500 is due by January 11th, 2026.

How rigorous is the hike?
We’ll enjoy a nature walk (or snowy wander) that is less about mileage and more about presence. While not highly strenuous, participants should feel comfortable walking outdoors in varying conditions. Please bring appropriate shoes and warm layers. If you have concerns about walking with the group, reach out ahead of time so we can support you.

I’m a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, can I get Continuing Education Hours?
Yes! You can receive up to 6 hours of Continuing Education for participating in this retreat through Clarissa’s Continuing Education School. Just be sure to indicate you are in need of the hours.
