Your retreat includes five nights at Casa Floresta; meals and snacks during your stay; yoga, meditation, breathwork, cacao, sound, and other retreat programming; a traditional Mayan Fire Ceremony; San Juan La Laguna cultural excursion; sauna and traditional plant bath; and group boat transportation between Panajachel and Casa Floresta.
Airfare, travel insurance, optional activities and bodywork, personal expenses, transportation outside designated group transfers, and the optional January 23 Antigua experience are not included.
Your $500 deposit is nonrefundable.
For cancellations received on or before September 1, 2027, payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded, less any nonrecoverable expenses or commitments already made on your behalf.
For cancellations received September 2 through November 1, 2027, up to 50% of payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded, less any nonrecoverable expenses or commitments already made on your behalf.
For cancellations received after November 1, 2027, all payments are nonrefundable.
Registration transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Any transfer must be approved in advance and may be subject to costs associated with changing accommodations, transportation, or other reservations.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance with trip cancellation and interruption coverage.
If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, payments made directly toward the retreat will be refunded. We are not responsible for airfare, additional accommodations, transportation, travel insurance, or other expenses booked independently.
