Sacred Flow Series - Drop-In class
The Sacred Flow Series: Winter into Spring - February, March, & April
A small-group seasonal yoga journey
This drop-in class is part of The Sacred Flow Series, a seasonal small-group yoga journey designed to support grounded strength, embodied confidence, and mindful connection.
Each 75-minute session offers a thoughtfully paced flow blending supportive strength, fluid transitions, and breath-led movement. Expect inclusive, choice-based sequencing that supports nervous-system regulation, joint health, and whole-body awareness.
While the full series is designed as a progressive seasonal journey practiced with the same group over time, drop-in participants are warmly welcomed into the experience for a single class when space allows.
Come as you are. Move with intention. Leave feeling more grounded and present.
Registration
This is for A SINGLE drop-in class you can register for as many as fit into your schedule, but there are limited spaces. Drop in is $30 a class
Please note, April 13th is the closing ceremony so the price is different for a 2 hour closing.
Note: Full-series registration is prioritized. Drop-in spots are offered only if space allows.

What’s Included if you register for more than 1 class:
• small-group 75-minute yoga sessions
• Three progressive 3-week chapters
• Tea or cacao ritual closes at the end of each series
• April 13th closing gathering 5:30-7:30pm
• Consistent community container
• Limited to 8 participants
