Flow & Flourish: A Hormone Wellness Retreat

$245.00

Spend an intentional afternoon at Moccasin Springs exploring the relationship between hormones, nourishment, nervous system regulation, and whole-person wellbeing with Dr. Alexia Gillen of Mosaic Medicine and Clarissa Mae of Sacred Spiritual Space.

We’ll begin by gathering over ceremonial cacao, creating space to arrive, connect, and settle into the day. We’ll transition into a breathwork practice led by Clarissa Mae to regulate the nervous system and activate the cacao.

Dr. Gillen will then guide an accessible and informative conversation about hormones, what they do, how they can influence how we feel throughout different seasons of life, and ways we can support our bodies with greater awareness.

Our conversation continues over lunch from The Dragonfly restaurant. Together, we’ll explore how different foods can interact with and support hormonal health, while leaving plenty of space for Q&A and questions specific to the people gathered in the room. With only 14 participants, this retreat is intentionally intimate so there is room for meaningful conversation rather than a one-size-fits-all lecture.

After lunch, we’ll transition from information into experience. Clarissa Mae will guide an immersive Sound Journey with crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, voice, and other instruments, an invitation to rest and integrate what you’ve learned.

We’ll close our facilitated time together before you head to the warm mineral pools of Moccasin Springs for a restorative soak and spacious integration which is built into the schedule of the day.

Your retreat includes ceremonial cacao, hormone education with Dr. Gillen, interactive Q&A, lunch from The Dragonfly, breathwork, Sound Journey, mineral pool admission, and a thoughtfully curated gift bag.

Space is limited to 14 participants.
